Area Measurement Reports

Area Measurement Reports are prepared using 3D Laser Scanned data to prepare floor plans and then accuarately calculate area in compliance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice and the new IPMS code. Area Reports include detailed floor plans illustrating the NIA along with a schedule of areas. A letter of reliance and DWG files can also be provided. We hold an industry standard £5 million of professional indemnity insurance.
